Our Story

We’re passionate about giving children opportunities to perform.

From concerts and showcases to full musical productions, exciting workshops and fun weekly classes, we give young performers the chance to get involved, have fun and experience the magic of musical theatre.

What Inspires Us?

Performing teaches children so much more than singing, dancing and acting.

Being part of a production builds confidence, helps children overcome nerves, and teaches discipline, focus, teamwork and how to behave both on stage and behind the scenes.

They learn to listen, support each other, work towards something together and experience the pride that comes from seeing all that hard work come to life on stage.

These are experiences and skills we believe children carry with them long after the curtain comes down.

Our Core Values

Confidence

Empowering every young performer to find their unique voice and own the stage with pride.

Creativity

Unlocking imagination through musical theatre, storytelling, and expressive movement sessions.

Teamwork

Building a supportive ensemble where every child learns the power of collaboration and friendship.

Fun

Creating joyful memories and ensuring that every rehearsal is filled with laughter and excitement.

Co-Founder • MT Teacher

Shannon is co-founder of Little Dahlings and has a lifelong passion for musical theatre and performing.

With a particular love of teaching, choreography and bringing productions to life, Shannon works closely with our young performers to help them build confidence, develop their skills and feel at home on stage.

She believes that some of the best learning happens through actually putting on a show. Learning how to overcome nerves, work as a team, understand theatre discipline and experience the excitement and responsibility of performing for an audience.

For Shannon, Little Dahlings is all about creating brilliant opportunities and memories that children will carry with them.
